To install Xposed Framework (more info here) follow steps 8-10 of these instructions. Note: you MUST download the version of the Xposed installer APK that is linked to in these instructions - it is the only one that will work.
If you don’t want to install Xposed (or for some reason you can’t get the install to work) then don’t worry. Technically Xposed isn’t a requirement. However if you don’t use Xposed/Rootcloak, then you will need to use rootpatched APK’s. See this page for more details and a link to download them.
